We're planning our first trip back since 2017. Our kids will be 14 and 11 and we're staying at Poly DVC. I'm trying to decide when to buy tickets (as soon as possible?) and which parks to go to...can you tell me what you think of this plan--what am I missing or what else should I be considering?

Day 0 (Fri). Drive. Staying overnight relatively close in
Day 1 (Sat). Arrive about 10am, park at Poly, head to MK for the day. Reason: it's close, we love it, we've been there a lot so it's okay to shorten a bit, it's hard to look at it and not get to go in. I'll try to stack G+ which I'm still trying to understand.
Day 2 (Sun). HS. Reason: boys are excited for it.
Day 3. (Mon). EPCOT. Reason: EEH [can we show up later in the day for this?]
Day 4. (Tues). AK. Reason: now all 4 parks in 4 days.
Day 5. (Wed). MK. Reason: EEH
Day 6. (Thurs). HS Reason: trying to manifest EEH
Day 7. (Friday). Epcot. Reason: my mom wants to come this day and this park only.

Any thoughts appreciated!

I would buy tickets ASAP so that I could make park reservations ASAP for such a popular time of year. You can change them as plans firm up - until parks begin to book up, which is unpredictable.

Your current plan makes sense to me. And you’re right, on the days your park has DEEH, you can show up later. We never use ETPE because we don’t like getting up that early, so we take full advantage of DEEH!

Thanks! I'll buy my tickets now :)
