Plan a birthday event at tokyo disneyland

It will be my son's bday when we are in tokyo disney. I would like to plan a "special" meal...what options do I have? Do they have a buffet dinner like Goofy's kitchen and then I pay extra for a birthday party pak?

I haven't seen/read anything similar to birthday parties that WDW offers at TDR. How about Chef Mickey? My kids had a great time there and the character interaction was much better than WDW. Breakfast is only for the hotel guests, but other guests can do lunch and dinner. They will take reservations 7 days before the date (the same day one week prior) 10 am ~ 7pm Japan time for non hotel guests.
