Places to trade pins in the parks at WDW

Are there any places besides trading with CM's wearing the lanyards/waist pouch things to trade pins in WDW? I read on another thread on a different part of this board that there were pin bags in each of the guest service buildings in the parks that you can make 2 trades a day from. Can you do this at any time of day? Also when I have been to DLRP and DL I have sometimes traded from pin boards that were out near the biggest pin stores in the parks. I never knew when they would be there, just happened to be passing and have noticeed them. Do they have pin boards out in the parks at WDW and if so is there anywhere you can find out where the boards will be and when? At Paris they had one section of one of the boards that was only for trading LE pins. Do they do this at WDW too?
Sorry for all the questions I am just trying to research so I can pin trade as much as possible before I next go to WDW! Also I am trying to figure out how many LE pins I need to try and get to trade before I go too!!
