Places to eat around DTD?

I was looking to see what kind of eating places are around DTD? There are not a lot of fastfood-casual type dining at DTD what about around it? We will have a car.

I'm not quite sure about around there....but Earl of Sandwich is sooo good!! A favorite of ours.

In the DTD area...Earl of Sandwich is great as is Wolfgang's Puck Cafe. If you have a car you can drive to the crossroads shopping area just past the hotels in the DTD area. There is a McDonald's, expensive grocery store, Wendys???, Applebees and Olive Garden I believe.

Up and down Rt. 535, I think it is, are lots of restaurants of all kinds.

Crossroads at Lake Buena Vista (Hotel Plaza Blvd and FL-535) has numerous restaurants.

Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds, Sweet Tomatos, Joe's Crab Shack, Uno Chicago, Chevy's Tex Mex, Perkins, T.G.I. Fridays, Johnnie's Hideaway, and Goodings Supermarket.


BTW OP is asking for restaurants AROUND DTD, not in..

Wolf Gangs Pucks by the xmas shop is counter service but very good options in there and Earl of sandwich is very good. Our favorite but not on Disney dining plan is Rain Forest Cafe and then T-Rex is down by Lego and then you have Fultons (the huge ship in the lake) is steaks and seafood. also by Rain Forest have Captain Jacks and it also is steaks and sea food. then towards Westside is Planet Hollywood and then Raglan Road is good for sandwiches. and there is House of Blues and the have very good food as well
Rain Forest is usually busy but if you join their club will get you right in and then get a discount off gift shop and food and you only pay member ship once. is good forever and at other places as well

On 535 there is also a Macaroni Grill and Orlando Ale House. These 2 are musts for us every trip!

Not really fast food, but we love Bahama Breeze (amazing onion rings) just down from DTD on 535.

And for breakfast there is a Shoney's, a Denny's, and I think an IHOP?

Yes, there is a Wendy's and a Chick Fil A across from the Applebees.
