Places for trick or treating near Universal?

Hi everyone,
We will be at the Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal on Oct 31 and our kids would like to "trick or treat" or safe equivelent. I saw Barry's thread about Halloween activities but we'd like to stay fairly close by.

Our kids are ages 7 and 12. When is trick or treat in the area?
