Placeholder booking

My sister and I booked a place holder. We used the same form and listed 2 rooms. Her card has a$200 charge but mine does not. We haven't received anything in regards to a confirmation number or anything. We did list our travel agent but haven't heard from them either. Just wondering how this is supposed to work.

I had the $200 charge on my card within a day or 2 and heard from my TA within a couple of days also. I would call DCL.

I'd do two things:

1. Go to the Castaway Club portion of the DCL site and see if your placeholder shows up under future cruises
2. Call your TA
