placeholder booking question

My cousin is going on dream in september,2015. I heard about Onboard booking and its benefits. So I wanted to know if she can make placeholder onboard booking for me while she is there in sept. ? (We are planning on going in july,2016 or Sept,2016. My cousin won't be travelling with us whenever we choose to go)

I have been told by my TA that you can book up to 2 rooms per stateroom and that you can book for other people. However I'm not sure about there it matters if you are travelling with those other people or not in terms of the booking. Hopefully someone else will know?

I believe your cousin can make a placeholder reservation for you IF he/she does not need to make an OBB for his/her own family. The limit is up to 2 staterooms on 1 future cruise date per household on the current cruise; which I believe translates to 2 placeholders. I don't know that both an OBB (with an official date) and a placeholder can be booked with full benefits since that would be separate cruise dates.

I got confused because the OBB form doesn't have the place to enter the names and ages.
