Place with Kitchen near Orlando Convention Center

We will be staying in Orlando in fall 2019 for a conference. Due to food restrictions for our DD, we need a place to stay with a kitchen. The other requirements are that it must be less than 10 minutes from the convention center (we will have a car) and must have a pool. As we have a stipend of $500 per night and can pay any overage, cost is not a huge concern. We could do a hotel or rental house/condo. Suggestions please!

Oh, and we will staying at Disney the week prior to the convention, so the convention part of the vacation will hopefully be spent at the pool, sleeping in, and eating good homemade food.

I stayed at The Fountains with a friend for a cheer competition at the convention center. It meets all your requirements. It was her parents time-share. Very easy short drive to the convention center.

Try the Residence Inn it is 1 1/2 miles to the convention center and has a full size kitchen.

We just spent a week at The Homewood Suites on I-Drive. It was close to the Convention Center and has a good kitchen. We usually do Residence Inn, but the prices at Homewood were much better. It was honestly a better staff experience than RI. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
