Omg- Diane is my consultant too- i rang up Disney from UK on Monday night, and they lady on the phone said someone would be in contact with me, and last night, i recieved an email from Diane - i said that the best way of contact is through emal.. and she emailed me!!

I let her know some info of what we want, and that we wanted to come out to see her in March, as that is the only time we can come until the wedding..

it is proper exciting!

OK, I've sort of neglected my PJ a bit - I thought once I had one I'd be updating every 5mins, but it just doesn't feel real, and I love reading other people's PJs! (So that's my excuse!)

So here's where we're at so far:

I called Disney! They called me back the next day and assigned me a consultant: Diane She e-mailed me loads of different info that I could look through. We have a DFTW Consultant!!

I've made our STDs and made a sample, they need a little tweaking, but I love them! We're planning on printing them and sending them out towards the end of the month. They're designed like airline tickets and they do look really cute! I'll post a screen shot once I'm on my Mac. I'm between 2 minds as to order those little sticky 'diamonds' and stick them somewhere, as well as perforating the tearaway bits, but that might be taking it a bit too far.

I've been to one wedding fayre last Sunday! It was fun looking at all the table covers and bits and bobs like that, but looking at the venue made me glad we're doing it in Disney! We might have a small wedding, but we'll have fun!

At the Fayre, there was a local dress shop, with a beautiful dress in gold with them. I've always wanted a white wedding dress, and I'd still like one, but now I think I'm open to other things. The dress does come in white and light pink also. The more I look at the dress, the more I love it, so I have to go and try it on.

This is not the dress, but I did like this one before I saw the one at the Fayre:

It's Victoriana by Maggie Sottero. I'd seen it on the website before and thought it looked pretty, but it was beautiful IRL! It looked like Belle's dress! DF was with me at the wedding fayre, and it caught his eye as well and told me to go ask how much it was so I know he likes it. I told him I couldn't have it now as he'd seen it, but there's no way he'll remember it I'd like a bit underskirt thingy on it though, so it's a bit more princessy

I e-mailed a photo of it to my mam and she said it was beautiful. I have to go try it on, but knowing my luck, it'll look rubbish on me!

I have my first dress viewing appointment tomorrow! Exciting!!!

Hopefully they'll have the Victoriana so that I can try it on

We're planning on printing the STDs out this weekend so that we can send them ASAP!

Have fun trying on dresses. Try on as many as possible as you never know what you'll like or what will look best.

I'm really looking forward! It might give me the boost I need to lose a few pounds too!

I've bought a couple of things on Ebay:

Bubble wands, 12 of them. I can easily buy more depending on how many guests we have, I wanted to see how they worked out. Not sure on a petal or bubble exit, but the bubbles are cute and would be cheaper than buying the petals!

Chocolate brown ribbon with gold edging to go on the bubbles and any other various items.

Stick-on rhinestones for the STDs and various other things!

And lastly, a mini perforator to perforate the 'tearaway' bits on our STDs, make them look a bit more authentic like airline tickets. Not sure how this will work out!


It still doesn't feel real though!!

You wont be sorry for choosing misty or Jack day, we had both at our wedding and loved them. We are plannign on using them both for our vow renewal in 5 years time!
