Pizza delivery at OKW?

Any ideas on pizza delivery at OKW? I heard theres a good pizza place at the Boardwalk - do they deliver??

We had pizza delivered to OKW back during our stay in October 2003. It was okay. But I'm from New Jersey, and not far from New York. The pizza is pretty darn good up here, so it's hard to compare.

I saw a Dominos delivery guy there last week. Pizza Hut has a store nearby also.

As for the BW pizza, it's ok but nothing special IMO. Pizza delivery used to come from PO when you ordered from within WDW. Last week there was no info in the unit about this. So, I'd call an outside pizza parlor.

Another thing to try is over at SSR the Artists Palette makes wood fired pizzas.

Most of the major Pizza delivery chains (Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc.) will deliver to your room. You can also have a pizza delivered from Riverside Food Court (there should be an ad card on night stand or kitchen table in your room). If you want to get out of the room Pizza Hut has the closest location to OKW. Its about 5 minutes away just up the street (north 1 traffic light) from the Crossings shopping center.

My suggestion is get a pizza from one of the chains you like best. The Pizza we got from Riverside was underdone, tastless, and way over priced.

I second the warning about the PO Riverside pizza. Four STARVING adults wouldn't even finish 1 slice each the one time we ordered it. DH and DB usually eat everything and we all went to bed hungry than eat that stuff - wouldn't call it food.

Michigan RN, here's some pizza delivery info I picked up on the DVC board and saved. We ordered from Giordano's when we stayed at OKW and the Boardwalk, and both times it was scrumptious. I figured I could get Papa John's, Pizza Hut, and Domino's anytime, but we don't have a Giordano's around here. I wish we did, though!

At OKW, they bring it right to your door; at the Boardwalk, you meet them in the lobby. Have fun!

It was a Chicago "stuffed" pizza with lots of cheese and fillings. It was no problem at all having it delivered.

If you are willing to drive there is a Pizzeria Uno in the Crossroads center - very good, but thick Chicago style pizza. We also love the pizza from Tubbi's at the Dolphin, although you have to pick it up. It is a bargain and great food.
