Thank you!! I think one of the reasons I enjoy a WDW so much is because I'm not the type of person who can just sit for long periods of time! But, I think find a good balance of activity and rest is important!

Yes, yes, yes! I can't wait unit MNSSHP!! We all need to nail down a meet!

I'm not terribly excited about the leaving in the dark thing either! Especially because I'll be the one that's up at 3:30 am to make sure we have everything and that everything is all taken care of!

We ended up at BLT because BWV was booked! I actually had the last few days of the trip wait listed at BLT because it wasn't available at first. I also had the whole trip wait listed at BWV. When the last few days came through I cancelled the BWV wait list. I know the kiddos are going to love BLT and we're staying at BWV in March! So, it's all good!

I have to call Brian at the Contemporary tomorrow about the cake!!! After Dorothy's think cake and MaryEllen's camera cake I'm sure we'll come up with something completely fabulous!

I really, really, want to get to TOWL! I can't believe we didn't make it up there last October at all! We planned too, it just never happened! If John annoys me too much I may go myself

I missed your Day 1 plans yesterday because I was too busy posting. Oops. Woo Hoo for a 2BR at BLT. I am sure they are fabulous and I really do hope you get the exact same view I did because it was super fabulous!

As far as 2012 - I'm definitely going for Boardwalk. My June vacation is 5 nights at a treehouse followed by VWL. I keep toying with the idea of changing to BWV from VWL, but part of me just wants to save that "something new" for F&W 2012.

I'm calling him tomorrow! I'm super excited to see what he can come with!! I think it will be super cool! I kind of have this vision of a mad hatter-esque red, blue, gold thing! We'll see! We got the a primary color mad hatter cake from Chef Mickey's in Jan of 2010 and Dorothy's AMAZING Tink cake at 1900 Park Fare, not to mention MaryEllen's cake! I know Disney's cake people are uber talented!

BWV! Woo hoo!! I say leave it and let F&W be a new, exciting experience! I'm actually leaning toward a room and not a villa for that trip! I'm whittling down my points with this trip and our trip in March (which I may have to change anyway) so I may book a room and hope for a good to come along!! I'm torn between BC and BW! I'm leaning toward BC because I LOVE that quiet pool! To me it's a haven!!!! I think all kidless trips should be spent with a beach club lemonade next to that pool

Before I move onto Day 2 I wanted to invite all my Dis friends to join me on my new blog!

Ok moving onto Day 2! Sunday, October 16th

Day 2 is keeping with my “let it go” theme! Are you proud of me?!

I often have these dreams. They involve me and sleeping! Not just sleeping, but sleeping, staying asleep and sleeping past 6 am!

In my world something always seems to keep those dreams from coming true. Whether it be any one of 3 kids, any one of 2 dogs, a husband, or my own defective internal clock (I really wish I could get my money back for that but the warrantee ran out a long time ago )

I have dreams, hopes, wishes etc that the morning of day 2 will find me sound asleep in that big, comfy bed in the master bedroom at BLT!

Do I think it’s going to happen?

Probably not!

I didn’t even sleep late on the girls trip in May!

So the early morning hours may very well find me on the balcony with a cup of coffee while the rest of the family sleeps! But, it’s all good!

Plans for the day are pretty basic!

*Sleep late! Breakfast in the room!
*Pool! Hopefully around 11ish
*1 pm DH and FIL will be watching the Giants game (remember, DH is a big sports fantatic) most likely from their favorite place, ESPN Zone!
*Sometime between 1 and 2 the rest of us will head back to the room to rest and clean up!
*4:20 Dinner @ Liberty Tree Tavern! DH and FIL may not make it back in time for this. Oh well, I’m not going to worry about it!
*MNSSHP!!! Meet up with all my favorite Disers!!! WOOOOO HOOOO!!!

We will actually be attending MNSSHP twice this year! On the 16th and 20th. Why? Because, honestly, I LOVE MNSSHP!! I mean really, really LOVE IT!! I love Halloween in general and I love WDW so put the 2 together and, basic math, LOVE!!

This will be my 4th and 5th time going to MNSSHP. Even with 3 parties under my belt I feel like there is still stuff that we haven’t done! I haven’t seen the whole villains show, taken pics with the villains, taken pics with Minnie and Mickey in their costumes or gone to the dance parties! I plan on fixing that this trip!

We’ll see how late the kiddos will stay and head back to BLT for bed!

Day 3! 10/17!

Day 3 will take us to Epcot! Woo hoo!

I really have no plans except for epcot! Future World first, maybe a little WS. Getting a Cosmo Slush from the F&W booth in France is definitely a consideration! An afternoon at the pool is also a consideration!!

The evening of day 3 will bring something I’ve been looking forward to for months!!! Dinner with some fabulous Dis ladies at……




The Chef’s Table at Victoria and Albert’s!!!




Wooo hooo!! I’m soooo excited about this dinner there are really no words to describe it!! None at all!!! Christine (2xcited2sleep), Tracy (Manntra), and Jen (jenjolt) and I will be dining on this fabulous culinary experience together!! SOOO EXCITED!!!

DH, MIL, FIL and the kiddos will be dining at Whispering Canyons Café for dinner! I figured it was easy enough for them to get there from BLT and it would be a fun meal! Can’t wait!

Day 4! 10/18!

Well, after what I’m sure will be a fabulous night Day 4 will bring us to DHS!

We have a 9:15 am breakfast ADR at Hollywood and Vine! This will be a first for us. Honestly, we had dinner at H&V once and it was the least spectacular meal I’ve had, anywhere. I’ve always been reluctant to do Play and Dine breakfast! But DS4 LOVES Little Einsteins and Handy Manny. So, I wanted to do it for him! I haven’t told him that we’re going there but I know he’s going to love it!

I’m hoping to be at DHS about 8:45 ish so we can try to get in, send someone to check-in (me) and send someone to get FP for TSM (DH)

Again, I really have no firm plans for touring the park etc. TSM, Playhouse Disney Live on Stage, and Star Tours are must do’s! DD would like to do the Animation Academy!

I’m hoping to be back in the room early to mid afternoon. I’d like some pool time but we shall see!

We have a 6:50 ADR at the Yachtsman Steakhouse! This is completely new to us too! Honestly, I reserved it because FIL loves steak and I couldn’t get a Le Cellier ADR! I have heard some really good reviews of Yachtman though so I’m interested to see how it is!


I hope it’s yummy!

Just take any one of my pictures and put it on a popsicle stick! That will work.

I have no idea if I will ever get to V&A's. Denny told me we could go on our 50th wedding anniversary. Yeah right - I'll be 80 then!

Perhaps if you guys really love it and want to go back we can do it next year?????
