As a former recruiter who's interviewed dozens if not hundreds - breathe! You CAN take time to think before you answer. Don't be afraid to take credit for your accomplishments (women tend to downplay or share credit). Let your enthusiasm show

Thank you everyone! The interview went well, which is not always the case with me. We heard just before the school day ended that they had choosen another teacher. While I'm disappointed, it will be ok. I think I shined today in ways that made my administration take note.
