awww poor jack thats very poor behaviour from the vets...they wouldn't have had a problem if they had listened to you in the 1st place and put the collar on

I am glad you are going to complain the vet sounds awful ! I had to pick Poppy up from the vet once, she had been there for a week, I picked her up as as the nurse was cleaning down the couch, I could feel something wet on me and thought I has been squirted with the disinfectant spray, turns out that Poppy was peeing over me. I like to think she was pleased to see me !!
Seriously though the way that Jack has been treated is very bad, maybe somebody should pick the vet up by his ear to see if it hurts.

That is appalling ~ whenever my little doggies have been spayed my vet has always put a collar on them for me so I don't have to do it.

I hope your little pal is feeling a bit better now he is back home with your TLC.
