I got through on 1-800-828-0228. My hubby was on hold, on the cell, but I got right through. I had to listen to the message, but then as soon as able dialed 3. No Hold time. This was at 7:02.

Keep the faith, my husband got through on his phone at 8:27 and got our reservations for CRT on 10/6 and Crystal Palace and the FDP for October 8th.

Whew!!!! wow, I feel like I got pretty lucky!! I hit 1 right when I heard the open message and got someone almost instantly. We were able to get exactly what we wanted for CRT. Party of 7 for Tues Oct 28 at 8:10!

We are doing this meal with my sister in law and her family and when I talked to her she said she kept getting the message that all circuits are busy and wasn't even able to get in the hold cue.

I was hold about 18 minutes. Actually I'm still on hold cause she is getting a phone number for me to call for a food allergy. I still want to book a few Crystal Palace PS's before I hang up. GOOD LUCK - it should be a very happy day for everyone!

Got it!! 10:25 on 10/19. Held for 31 minutes and got an opertaor with a phone that didn't work. I couldn't hardly hear a thing she was saying!!! I think I have blisters from pushing my ears against the phone to hear her--she could hear me fine. I guess her last caller had the same problem. I had a chouce of tons of times. Imagine that. I picked later due to EE, thought we could ride early and then go there after. The pixie dust worked!!

By the way CRT for 10/10 still had plenty of opening because she asked if I wanted 9:20 9:30 9:40...

40 minutes on hold gave up and will try my luck later today...I am in CA and started to worry about the cell phone bill as that was the first phone to connect....bummer.

Hey-if you don't get CRT , try to get CP for breafast. that place is just gorgeous in the morning!

DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I just got through after 41 minutes on hold. It took three minutes to complete the whole deal.

I got October 22 at 9:40 a.m. (she said that was the latest).

They also had availability on October 21st, the earliest at like 9:30 I think.

BUT, they don't have as many tables for two as they do for four, I think.

So, no one give up!!!

I got it, even with a check!! Thanks for the info on the check by the way because the CM wasn't going to mention it, I could tell. It has to be received by AUgust 18th, of course I'm sending it today, but I will still be nervous until that check clears! Oh, and also got CP for lunch on Oct 24th, its not open that nite during MNSSHP for those who asked.
My times are perfect-8:10am for CRT and 1pm for CP. I figure to get in the park right at 9am, do rides early hopefully with little wait, and be done enough by 1pm to eat lunch, go back to hotel and come back refreshed for the party. Since we have 2 small ones, I figured we will need a break in anticipation of being in the park until 12midnite.
This is my Sister in Law's first trip to Disney, she has no kids, and is totally clueless to the magnitude of this CRT reservation!!!Oh well, my husband knows and is happy, I'm ecstatic and I know my fellow Dis'ers understand!!!
