We are finding out more about what may have happened, but sadly, no one has come forward to claim responsibility. I don't know that they ever will, but I have to hold out hope that justice will happen in some form.

Needless to say, we are all still in shock, and the tone of the church family right now is very much sorrowful. It is just such a tragedy, the way she died. It is going to be a very long recovery road for everyone, especially her family.

Yes, it has been quite the news spectacle. Reporters everywhere.

It's not often our small area of the world gets any attention. So it is odd to us to see news vans around in the middle of a country road. So weird.


Thanks again for your thoughts prayers and condolences. I'm a firm believer in the power of positive thought and believe the positive thoughts can prove to be a comfort to this family and community.

As for the person responsible I hope they can identify them, if not I hope they get what they deserve in one way or another (I know this could never make up for the loss of a life unfortunately). It really does knock your faith in humanity
