Does anybody know what days the Pixar Parade in DCA run? We will be there Sept 22-27 and I'm hoping to seeing it. My 4 yr loves all the Pixar characters.

We'll be there about 10 days before you and it is running Friday-Tuesday (not on Wed. or Thurs) at 5:15 pm.

We're there the exact same days! I wish they'd hurry up and post the entertainment calendar for our dates already!

Thanks for the info. Didn't know that it doesn't run on Wed or Thurs. Good thing I changed my WCT dinner ressie to Friday instead of Wed. We plan on watching the parade, then eat dinner at WCT afterwards.

Were you able to make patio ressies? When I called for ours they told me that I had to request the patio at check in (2 different CMs told me this). Just wanted to find out if others had the same problem?

ETA: just re-read what you posted and you are going afterwards. We are going pre-parade (4:10) and watching from WCT patio.

Great, I hope it is still on when we are there. I can't wait for the schedule to get up. What is WCT? I can't seem to find it on the abbreviation list.

WCT = Wine Country Trattoria

I've been told their patio is a great place to view the DCA parades. I made 4:10 PS ressies so we can watch the Pixar Parade at 5:15 as we finish up dinner and maybe enjoy some dessert.

4:10 is too early for us to eat dinner! DD1 will probably just be getting up from her nap (if she can nap when we're there, that is.)

I'm guessing many restaurants will ask you to request your specific seat upon check-in, as that's what they told us for BB.

We did the PIXAR Parade last week...this was the kids absolute favorite! We sat on the route about 10 minutes before the start and had a great spot. I'm glad we did that instead of the restaurant seating....its a "water parade" and there is interaction with the characters...they squirt water guns at you! The kids loved that.
