Day 12 everyone...for 2 points, one if you can tell me who the shop/building belongs to and another for the name of the shop/building!

In Disney-Pixar’s film Cars, there’s a hidden Mickey which can be found on top of one of the shops/buildings at Radiator Springs, can you tell me who from the Car’s gang owns this premises and what’s the name of the shop/building?

It’s Flo, and it can be found on top of Flo’s V8 Cafe. It’s a rotating ‘hidden Mickey’ found just behind her shop sign, which you can hopefully see below!

Now, I have had an apology with regards to the mistaken post earlier today, and I'd like to say sorry for not noticing myself either, I wasn't available on the Dis this morning.
