Pixar Pal's Countdown to Fun Parade

I was just checking out AllEars.net like I do everyday, LOL when I saw someone had posted an article with stuff on the new parade that's replacing Block Party Bash:

I am somewhat excited for this parade, since Remy is going to be in it, but that's mostly it. Block Party Bash wasn't amazing to me, but I think what made it so different what it was so huge! I thought it was unending. Also, it was very interactive and they really got you sucked into it. It was enjoyable. This looks like they just redid some of the floats, added in new characters, then got rid of some more floats. I don't know, I'll have to wait and see until I go again.

I haven't watched the video, but the parade has had overwhelmingly negative reviews. Seems like everybody who watched it just hated it. Actually, that's why I haven't watched it.

Yeah, don't waste your time with the video or seeing the parade. I just watched the video and I was about to cry. The parade was sad. It was really lackluster. Block Party Bash was SOOOOOOOO much better. They just go down the parade route dancing, then you see the floats and its done. The end is probably the worst. They have the cones from Block Party Bash, that would have the air kite things coming out of them and compartments for scooters that the performers would use. Then two CMs with a jump rope. It was pretty stupid. I would say worst parade in Disney, but that would be an understatement; worst parade EVER. I want BPB back, badly!

Honestly, both that new parade and BPB stink. It's a parade, there's tons of them, and they'll be changing to a new parade again in no time.

That just sounds so awful, how that all things in WDW will just come to a close at some point. Its really sad.

It's how things work. Things end and they come up with great new ideas and replace them. Or they improve what is already there. It's the life of Disney.

Yep, I know, as Uncle Walt always wanted it to be ("Disneyland will never be completed...") but just the way you said it made it sound kinda bad.

I am glad. I think if they add more floats or revamp them more. Because it does have potential just needs better floats, more cms and characters and it would be awesome. =D

It was very disappointing watching it in person. I had only recently started seeing BPB and it was a very sad downgrade.

I was blown away by BPB. My whole family absolutely loved it, it was amazing.
I've read so many negative comments about this parade that I don't even waste my time watching the video.

Now that would be the best excuse. Block Party Bash was a good parade, it wasn't a big favorite amongst some people, but I'm sure if I see the same exact floats come down through DHS, its going to be disappointing not hearing the Green Army Men. Those dudes were awesome! If anything, I wish that DHS would have two parades, a Pixar one then one that is very... well... Hollywood Studios!
