WDW website states meal comes with appetizer, entree, dessert and drink and dining plan 1 ts credit can be used at Melorse. Do you get the appetizer? Or just the standard dining plan items?

You get the appetizer! But take note, at MM, you get a dessert sampler plate for the table; you don't get to choose your dessert.

And, if I remember correctly, don't the flat bread pizzas now count as appetizers there? Or am I delusional?
