Someone asked for a PIT booking success/failure thread, so please post your experience below and include some info (if comfortable) about what you were able to snag or what you didn’t (month, length of stay and room type). You can also include whether you just purchased or were already an OG Poly member.

You can't book through the website today.

I'm seeing an error on just logging in... was able to navigate and confirm that new tower was not posted online yet. Anyone else having issues? This may mean an even longer wait to book PIT!

Seems like there is a lot more interest in booking with points than the day they started taking cash reservations for Island Tower. Hopefully, they have the additional staff answering calls just like they did that morning.

I believe that means their call queue has reached capacity.

I'm on hold and was told exceedingly long call wait times. Please be patient. I wasn't given a wait time, whatever that means.

I got right through to someone, but am on hold because they are all having a “system issue” with booking the tower. On hold until they can resolve it, so that’s probably why wait times are so long

I'm in the same boat. Hoping that means we were lucky are are near the front of the call queue.

Edit: I was just told 30 minutes.
