Is the hologram thing broken on the mist? Or did they remove it?

It wasn't working one day when we were there in December. We were here 5 days, and all of the other days it was functional.

It's been out of focus for a few months the last several times we've been on it (Feb 1 & Feb 27) . It's there, but you really can't see what it's supposed to be.
