Is it true that Pirates of the Caribbean is closed? Does anyone know of any pirate themed restaurants?

Yes POTC is still under refurb. Can't think of any - although maybe around Adventureland there may some.

Tortuga Tavern is a QS and somewhat pirate-y. Pirates of the Caribbean is closed until Sept. 25ish.
There's a Pirates Adventure Dinner on I-Drive if you can get off property.
There's Pirates League for makeovers and Captain Jack's Pirate Tutorial for fun.

Other than that, you have to go to Disneyland. There's Blue Bayou inside the POTC ride.
