Pirates of the Caribbean?

Originally, I had heard that Pirates of the Caribbean was going to be re-opened the first week in July. Now, I read on Disney's website July 7th is the re-opening. Does anyone know if it will be open before this? I thought this might just be the grand opening since it's the day POTC2 comes out. Does anyone know the details?? TIA

I too am anxiuosly awaiting these details. I leave on the 13th and this is my favorite MK attraction. I am also in love with Johnny Depp so I would like to see his character in the new revamped attraction on this trip. I will have to check this thread as well as checking the attraction while I am there.

I got to ride MS before the grand opening and did not even realize at the time it was a soft opening I was taking advantage of. I am hoping for the same luck this trip but am doubtful.

Technically, July 7th is the first week of July. So there willl likely be some soft openings.

We are going to be there June 14th thru the 24th and sadly I don't expect to see any early openings for POC! I've very, very sad

Last time we went It's a Small World was closed for reburbishment - I know it's a corny ride, but both of these are favorites from my childhood!
