Yes, unless your cruise is one of the Star Wars ones, or over New Year's Eve.

Or an Alaska cruise (but that one doesn't have Pirate Night at all).

Don't know for sure, but I'd think there'd be no change. Fourth of July is a US celebration, so I doubt that they would do it. I think it would be sort of biased, in that they don't do anything special for, say, Bastille Day or Cinco de Mayo or any other country-specific celebrations. There might be some special decorations around the ship or menu items at dinner, though.

We tend to travel in the "off season" more. But our river cruise last year was over the fourth. We were in Romania that day.
