i was just reading about this and thought it looked fun- has anyone tried it? Did you like it?

I read that you get a FP for POC when done, but it doesn't say that on the wdw website- not sure if that's true?

Thanks!

I just read today that they are giving a POC FP+ when you complete it- not that you need a FP to do POC, but still cool :)

Think we might check it out this fall!

We've done it numerous times and DS loves it! If going over the summer, I recommend doing it when the sun goes down. There isn't a lot of shade in Adventureland, so it's cooler at night plus some of the effects are better at night as well. I read that if you complete 3 adventures (there are 5 in all), you get the FP. It doesn't take long to complete the adventures.

My kids love it. There are five adventures that take about 20 min each. Agree with previous poster that there isn't much shade and can get hot. It's a lot of walking back and forth. You search for landmarks in adventure land and when you find them something magical happens.

I read the other day about getting the FP+ for POC also.

We've never done it, but are planning on doing it next week! Does anyone know if we can do this during evening EMH?

This sounds great!

My husband and I did all five adventures on our last trip, it was so fun! We were only going to try it out, but we enjoyed it so much that we finished it out. They weren't giving out FPs in March when we did it, but I'd do it again even without that perk. I second the poster that suggested doing it at dusk or later, the effects would be very cool to see at night! But it was really fun during the day too.

We did it last summer, before they were giving out FPs. It was a lot of fun. We did two out of the five adventures and would have done more if we had time.

This may be a silly question, but I'd be interested in thoughts on whether to do plan to do 1-2 of the pirate's adventures or do the Tiki room with my family. I don't think we'll have time for both. My kids will be 7 and 4 (almost 5).

A lot of people don't care for the tiki room but I love it- it's a classic!

If it's hot or rainy, the tiki room provides shelter and AC!

But if I had to choose, I think I'd try the pirate adventure.

Pirate's adventure for sure.

This may be an obscure question, but does anyone know if they keep up with which adventures you have already done? If we did 1-2 one day, and went back a few days later to do another 1-2, would they give is ones we haven't already done? Or is it completely random?
