Pirate themed waterpark?

We were planning a pirate themed party this summer and came across a website with a rumour about a Pirates of the Carribbean themed water park being planned at WDW. Does anyone know anything about this? I would sure like it! I would love to see another waterpark - maybe at the old River Country site! Would love to have a quiet adults only pool there with waterfalls and great atmosphere there! That would be so magical to sit by a tropical pool, with no kids yelling (nothing against kids, just been there, done that) with big waterfall falling into the pool (just one pool adults only). Would love to see what disney would do with a POC themed water park - that would be great! In the summer, TL and BB get soooooooo crowded, and closed, I do go later in the day, but sometimes you just want to spend the whole day!
