Mine came today. Great work everyone! Wish I could have been in both groups!

AND, I'm breathing a big sigh of relief. The priority envelope was mutilated and bent three ways. Guess that's why it took an extra day to get here. How the items made it through the mail torture, I'll never know except that the elements were pretty small for the most part, and were in the middle of the envelope where it was safer. It's one of the few times, I've paid just for the priority envelopes......I'll keep sending payment for the boxes in the future, no matter how small the swap.

Anyway, thanks for your work as hostess, Stacy, and to everyone else for your great scrap work. I think all the elements go quite well together, too.

How weird. My envelope was pretty mangled too. And stuffed into my mailbox. Stupid new mailgirl. Too lazy to drive down my driveway and put it by my door.
All my stuff was totally in one piece and looked awesome. Some of the detail work had to be tedious for you all. Thank you so much for doing it. All of it looks awesome.

and my package was mangled as well. Some of the pieces were bent but I think they are salvagable. I do lots of swaps on other boards and we send ours in padded envelopes with a piece of cardboard in it, including a SA label and return postage in a little bag, instead of using those flimsy USPS envelopes. They not only are sturdier, they cost less to mail as well. I never have bent up swaps using that kind of mailing system. Just a thought.

I like padded envelopes, I'm usually brain dead at the end of the making swap items that I just grab the first thing I have in the house to mail things in. Which is usually the free envelopes from UPS. You know, 'cause they are free.

However, this year, I will know way in advance what swaps I am joining and how big things will be and will buy better envelopes to send/receive in.

I was in both groups. Everything is wonderful! Although I must admit my favorite item in particular was made by ChrisnSteph they are the lil Decorative Squares of Mickey heads with a pirate headband.. SOOO adorable!

Those little Mickey heads had to take a long time with those little itty bitty pieces. They are totally perfect for the pirate cruise from GF photos of my boys. They are also wearing little Mickey ear pirate hats. Hmm, how much for more?

Those little heads were very easy to make, but time consuming! I wanted to put an earrng in his ear but I couldn't find those little metal rings. I like how they turned out though. If you really need some extras, PM me - I'm sure I could whip up a few more more for you!
