The policy actually reads no "Toy guns or other replicas of firearms and weapons." A replica is by definition a lifelike, exact or near-exact copy of a real weapon, so toy swords that are obviously toys would be permitted, in my view (though no toy guns of any kind are allowed). That said, I would not bring them personally as they seem to invite a lot of play fighting from other kids that can turn ugly. We saw a small child (5-6) stabbed in the eye (I hope by accident) by another child (around 8-10 range) during a play battle in the room at the Jack Sparrow meet and greet. Screams and tears all around; cast members intervened--not a magical vacation for them.
