Pirate Night/swords question

Sorry if this has been asked before. We are trying to put together our pirate outfits and I was wondering if plastic knives or swords are allowed on the ship.

Yes they are, we had them. If you're flying though, TSA will take them from your carry ons. We drove so a non issue for us!

Thank you! I just didn't want to be throwing away our swords before we boarded . We are driving too so no worries.

We just did the 7 day cruise on the Fantasy at the end of March and my son whom is 6 years old had his Jake sword and it was not an issue at all.

Yes, its no problem bring plastic swords on the ship. We gave out 18 inch long plastic swords as FE gifts, so I got on with 3 dozen of them in my carry-on. No one blinked an eye.

I have seen lots of the kiddos carry swords on pirate night. Just remember to pack them in your checked suitcases when you head home (if flying home).

The ship also sales the swards and other pirate stuff. I always let my son buy new things because he plays with them until they are no longer usable.
