Pirate Mickey head design request

Hello all,
I was wondering if someone can do a request for me for my trip ....

I am looking for a pirate mickey head in the colors of black, red and white and would like it to say "My heart belongs to a Pirate" with the year 2012 logo somewhere on it.... Thank you in advance
