Pirate League equivalent at DLR?

Curious whether DL or DCA offers any kind of option for boys to get a "makeover", like the Pirate's League at the MK. I know there are options at Studio Disney 365 in DTD, but wondered if there was anything else.

The BBB has a "knight" package that is offered for boys. They either spike their hair or put in a mohawk and then added the paint and Disney glitter. It also comes with a shield and sword.

My son (6) loved it and it was very inexpensive. I think the package was cheaper than if we bought the shield and sword individually.
