Piping in Happy HalloWishes music?

On our arrival day we are planning to do the Hoop Dee Doo Revue 6:15PM dinner show and then watch the electrical water pageant and fireworks from the Fort Wilderness beach. I just realized there is a MNSSHP on that evening and was wondering if Disney pipes in the music even for hard ticket events?

Also, any input on whether the beach or the docks are better for watching? I've read recommendations of both online!

Sometimes the music is piped in and sometimes it is not. There was one time where you could not hear the music on the beach but you could hear it faintly from the dock. My family likes watching it from the beach best. If the music is missing, it isn't as nice. I am not sure why it was piped in sometimes and not other times. You should get a nice view of the water pageant too.
