Pioneer album users . . .you are not going crazy

I posted this the other night, but never saw it up, so I must have inadvertently deleted it. Anyway . . .

Have you ever put in refills and your pages are a little larger or smaller? I have many times, and each I did I just thought I must have picked up a different size or brand of refill. NOT SO!

I went to add more pages to my Dis album I'm working on and lo and behold they were too small. Well, I had saved the prior refill packet cover to make sure I got the right size when I went back to Michaels. And can you believe the covers were EXACTLY the same, and yet the refills are different sizes!!! So all this time it hasn't been me! Now why would they have different sizes???
I'm heading to Michaels again this weekend, but with a ruler.

as I understand it, the pages in Pioneer used to be about 11 3/4 but they have changed them recently to 12x12, so maybe you have some older packs and some newer ones? Of course, it would be nice if they could mark that clearly on the packaging wouldn't it.
