pins in universal?

i know that last time i went to WDW they were doing this thing with pins where you could by them and put them on your lanyard and trade with other people and staff members. there were certain ones that were really hard to find and usually staffers had them and you hasd to trade to get them...

anyway...does US do anything like that??

There are still pins at Universal.

Its not the same as Disney though. Went to Epcot in Oct. and wondered how some people made it on airplanes.

What they do have at Universal/IOA are the plastic cards with your names on them and lanyards my son collected all of them for the rides etc and the pressed coins as well are a great collectors game

Do you remember the price for the plastic card/lanyards? Were the cards preprinted with your name on it. Were there plain one for those of us whos names never makes the list for things like this.

The cards whrere about $5 each they had a variety of names or just a generic card for the attraction

Actually there is trading Universal pins only. Look for the gift shop employees with the lanyards on.

yay!!! we went to disney not long after they decided to do the pin trading....and i'd LOVE to do it at universal too!!

those pins make GREAT souvenirs!!
