Pins ? American Citizens only ??

I'm from Australia and was wondering if the Pins are only issued to American citizens ?

Being Canadian, I can tell you that they do give PINs to non-residents of the US.

HOWEVER, they don't frequently offer PIN's outside of North America.

Why?

Because their marketing and promo machine tells them that not very many of them get used. Therefore, not an effective use of promo teams time and money.

*SOME* posters on this board NOT from the UK have had some luck booking the UK offers as long as they were NOT from North America. You may wish to call the Disney UK reservations line and ask. But I do believe that is for EU based guests only.

Can't hurt to ask I guess. Checking the Disney World website for Australia - I don't see a 'special offers' area.
