Pinpics?

Hey everyone -

I'd love to see pin collections as I'm just getting into the trading myself. Would anyone mind sharing their pinpics with us? Mine is a modest collection but it's growing I purchased 21 pins yesterday for $60 - I thought it was a pretty good deal... my pinpics is disneymom07... TIA

We have only been on Pinpics since September, but love it. Someone once commented that we have more on our traders list than our owns list, but we have been trying to add all of our owner, so it should be cleaned up.

Needless to say we love to trade. Everyday we pick one pick that we want to get or get rid of and do trade requests

When you find a pin you have, there are options at the bottom of the page that say "add to collection" and other stuff like that. Just click on it and it will add that particular pin to your collection.

To view other people's collections, go to "My PinPics" (option on the side bar) and enter the username.

I generally just stayed logged into Pinpics.
When I get a new pin, trader, whatever, I do a search (by pin number if I have it).
The page will show the pin. Towards the bottom of the page is a section titled: "Trade Assistant:"

I just click on whichever selection, such as "Add to owns list".

I really try to keep my Pinpics list current and not let it become a project. When they come in, I add them. When they go out, I remove.

You can trade through the Trade Assistant. But first you need to list your pins, then pins you have to trade, then pins you want to trade for.

Once you get that done, let us know and we will help walk you through.

Trade Assistant can be turned off too. Currently I have mine off. I trade sporadically. I get burned out, then I stop for awhile.

I only trade on line or through CM trades in the parks.

I'm trying to get back into trading after a long hiatus. I got my wants list mostly in order, but I still need to make sure my trader list is accurate. My id is hopemax. I've been collecting pins since 1989, so that's almost 20 years now. But I only had about 20 Disney pins until pin trading took off for the Millenium.

Barb, I looked at your list and wow! it has grown since last time I saw you around. Moving to Florida does that. My parents had a small collection until they moved there and now they have surpassed me and they have surpassed you. My Dad HATED pin trading when we would go on vacation, but now it's his thing and I have to race him to a lanyard!

Ive been collecting since wdw 25th anniversary but went all out in 99 i do more adding to my collection then i do trading
