Pinocchio's Workshop at Grand Californian Hotel

I have just noticed in my travel agents brochure that Disney's Californian Hotel has a kids club called 'Pinocchio's Workshop'.

Could anyone tell me if this club is only open to guests staying at the hotel, or can anyone use it? We will be staying at the WestCoast Anaheim but would love to have use of the care club to give us some child-free time.

Pinocchio's Workshop is ONLY for guests at the Grand Californian, they won't even open it up to guests at the other Disney resorts.
