If I order a flat bread pizza, is that served with a side as well such as fries or salad?

It doesn't look that way looking at All Ears menu. http://allears.net/dining/menu/pinocchios-village-haus/lunch-dinner It list entrees as flatbread only. Of course you could use the dessert credit for a savoury side if you don't want Gelato or choc cake.

Looking at the Pizza Planet menu http://allears.net/dining/menu/toy-story-pizza-planet/lunch-dinner this does show all pizza as coming with Caeser salad. This sort of confirms to me that Pinnochios is flatbread only.

Agreed. At PVH, you'll just get the flatbread. You can then use your dessert or drink entitlement to exchange for a snack item listed: fries, salad, garlic knots, tomato soup if you so choose.
