So this is one counter service I have never tried. Do you like the new menu or the old and those of you that have tried it what did you like or not like about it?

We went last fall right after the menu switch and really enjoyed it there (I was really sick of burgers by then!!) I had an Italian pannini (Sp? :confused3 ) and enjoyed it very much.

The only other time Ihad eaten there was on a day trip back in 1995 (my first ever visit to the World!!!!!!) and thought the food was fine, but it was the only place I ate at...

We ate there last October, and really enjoyed it. The pizzas looked really good (didn't try them though), but did try the turkey panini, and it was really good. We went when it was wall to wall people during peak lunch time. But we were glad that we did stop and tried it. It did take them an awful long time to get our food. But we were hungry! They have chocolate-covered rice crispy treats there, and they are sooooo good!

We ate there a few years ago so I can't offer any advice on the new menu. There are some windows in the restaurant you can sit by and see It's A Small World. My kids loved this - and it gave them something to watch while we ate.

My DD11 gets a shake in a souvenir cup (plastic cup with the castle & some Mickey balloons on it) everytime we eat there. We are always on the Dining Plan & the shake comes with her CS meal.

The food was good; I had the antipasto and it was loaded with meat and cheese, very tasty! The bad part about Pinnochio's is that it is always soooo jam-packed with people. We had to literally hunt for a table and eventually found one upstairs.

I think this is the only restaurant in Fantasyland so it is often crawling with people, especially "little people." I would recommend going here at an off-peak time.

We beat the crowds by arriving at around 11:15 and snagged a table overlooking the IASW boats. The antipasta salad was very good. It was very, very crowded....but we enjoyed the air conditioning and being out of the rain. We took our time and ate our lunch and then gave the table up to one of the many waiting families who were ready to pounce. That was the only drawback, we felt like people were watching every bite we took trying to determine how quickly we would swallow and be done. It was hard to just relax for a few minutes when I was feeling guilty about holding up others while we ate.

We really liked the cheese pizza combo, which comes with a tasty side salad. We split the pizza & got an extra salad--plenty of food for the two of us. Glad to report they still had the yummy Figaro Fries, which we just have to order every trip!

Well from what I understand they went from hamburgers to pizza and panninis and salads.. Thanks everyone for your comments. I hope to try it when we go in Aug..
