Someone posted a link for Pinecone recruiting not too long ago and there wasn't a problem, so I don't know why you couldn't.

If it's a link that you receive from them in email, saying they are actively looking for people, then I think it's okay to post. If you just saw a banner somewhere on a website, I don't think it's okay to post.
