So I finally found the email that had the pin in it that I got right after I booked my vacation. However I have a couple questions, one of which I am sure has been answered before so I will go search for it. The other one I can not find the answer by searching.

If I have already booked and paid in full for my package can I still add the pin and get a refund? The pin is in my name but not the email that I have my package attached to will I still be able to use it?

Yes, you can use your pin on an already booked and paid for package. I know because I just did this week. Not sure about the email address - they didn't ask me for mine - just the pin number. Good luck!
