I just read someone's post about pin trading and that they "only trade with CMs." Could someone please fill me in on what this is/post a pic? It sounds like somethign my DD5 would love to do. Thanks!

My kids love this! The CM's have lanyards on and the kids (and adults, as long as the lanyard isn't green) may trade one of their pins with the CM. If they are wearing a green lanyard only kids are allowed to trade!

My kids got into this while we were at DW, they had never heard of it before we left and it was a BIG hit! My dd's are 6 and 8 and I was thrilled that they were willing to do this. It is definetley a worthy thing to spend $ on. I am not a big one for the usual Disney soveiners and this was well worth the # that I spent.

The girls are really not old enough to appriecate the "special" pins that they got but we ar eworking on that. They had so much fun trading and picking out new pins for their lanyards. I think that the starter kits are the way to go,very cost effective versus buying it all separete.

CM's were lanyards that are given to them by Disney and they trade with the visitors at the park. We did not find that the green lanyards had better pins for kids than the other colors though. Supposably they are for kids only and have the best pins. All the CM's that we found were great with the kids, we even had two that gave them their first trade free- meaning they did not have to give away a pin the first time :cheer2:. It was so nice to have friendly people that the kids could meet.

I hope that this helps,
Heather
