pin trading

We went to disney 5 yrs ago loved trading pins. we are going back in august are there any pins we should not trade? Are they worth more than we paid 5 yrs ago?

I guess that would depend on what you have. The pin market has it ups and downs. Some pins that were released five or more years ago, have no more value then pins that were released yesterday. But there are some out there(WET PAINT), that some might give their first born for.

Do you just have rack pins?

Do you have Limited Editions?

Do you just have Disney Store pins?

They have pics of nearly every pin made by Disney and then some. This will help you id what you have, how old it is, and what the trade value is now.

They also talk about pins here. The main page talks about new pins coming out. Then at the top is a button that will take you to a message board, where there are some major pin addics, who could ask more questions about your pins.

Thank you for the sites I found out I have an error pin slinky dog and a tarzan set that we should not trade. I also have a pin I could not find on the site I was told while at the park in 2000 that it was from japan. But alas I was unable to find a pic. But I think we will just start all over and keep what we have. Thanks again.
