I just wanted an overview of the pin trading nights at Paradise pier hotel. We will be there next week, and if my cheer team allows we would love to walk over there. I am a huge pintrader but never been to one of these. About how many people go? Is there cast members to trade with also? Any information would be helpful! Thanks ~Rochelle

I usaly go to the ones on Friday. They are very well attened, allways looks likeca couple of hundred people. In the cornors they have pun tradeing boards, which usally take a hour to wait in line. I personaly do not bother with this part. I just go grab a table and sit and then make some trades with other guests. The CM pin trading at pin trading nights is not worth it in my opinion. The worst thing about it is the people who try to rip you off. There are some really hardcore pin traders that will come out. I know who I will and will not trade with. Overall it is enjoyable. I guess it may sound like I do not enjoy it, but I do. You just have to be a little carefull that's all.

Thank you thank you! Such a big help. Then i may see you this Friday if i choose to go. I am very careful who i choose to pintrade with. Some are only in it to be jerks or theres others like me who just want a nice pin collection to look at and its a fun hobby. I'll make sure to watch out for this, this friday.

Hey no problem. Glad I could help. I am with you. I always try to trade LE for LE and try to make sure edition size is the same or close to it. Sometimes I rip my self cause I really like a pin, so I make the trade. I was once told by a long time trader, as long as you are happy it should not matter on the LE size. I do try to keep that in the back of my head.

I would assume just disney pins......

And yes although i dont trade LE all that often i am a huge collector of the Cast lanyard pins. Although they really arn't worth much i find it fun because its liek a scavenger hunt to find the whole set. I have books and books of them. One man told me "Those sets are trash to me, the pins i collect are worth framing, yours arnt even worth enough to look at" I was nine years old at the time. Believe me you can come across some real friendly "unmagical" people. It's a shame how rude people can be when its all about disney.

Well we are big Hidden Mickey/Cast Lanyard collectors. I would say about half of the people there like them.

Just Disney pins. I've never done one but I've wanted to. :) They sound like tons of fun!!
