PIN inquiry

Hi all -

I've seen people mention that they called Disney and asked if there was a PIN number associated with their name. Do you just call the main reservation number to do this? And will whoever answers the phone actually know what you are talking about if you ask if there is a PIN associated with your name?

Yes! I had my hubby do this back in Feb when we were looking to book because I had read here and I actually had one! It was 40% off deluxe, 35% off mods or maybe 30% so we booked using that at CBR but then switched to the FD promo when it came out because it was better. They knew what he meant and checked everyone going.
