pin help on tablets

When I was at the pin event August 2010, there was a man who had an IPad with all his pins on it. Being a non-electronic person, is there a special app for that? I am thinking about getting a tablet (probably a droid since I can't afford an IPAD), and being able to put the pins I own along with my pin pic wants and trades would definately be part of the deciding factor. Anyone know anything about this? I have tried using pinpics on my phone with the 3G but that is not an option because the battery dies too quickly. Thanks.
