Pin Ettiquette ???

Hi! Just a quick question. My youngest kids will be pin trading for the first time on our next trip. I have mostly countdown to Millinnium pins as traders.
The thing is they still all have the original Metal backing (not the black rubber)
Will that be a problem when trading with CastMembers?
Does it matter that the pins are from 8 years ago?

The metal pin backs never bother me.
More often than not if I am trading with a CM and their pin has a metal back they tell me to keep my rubber backing.
So I suppose some people it may matter.
For me, I have a jar of pin backs, of all types and sizes from over the years.
The only ones I hate were the hard rubber star shaped. (ouch! )

You should have no problem trading those pins with the CMs and don't worry about the backs.
