pin emails??

Just curious on when you get a pin code from disney who does it say it is sent by?? I got something from disney destination which had a 30% pin code for values 35 for mods and 40 for deluxe.. Is this actually from disney?? Just curious so i know what to look out for more.. thanks again

Yes, that's Disney that sent the PIN code to your email. Lucky you! I hope that you can take advantage of it.

Thank you.. We are hoping to be able to use it in late April early May.. Im just happy to know that i have received one even if i cant use it.. Good to know its possible to get one lol

Ah, the elusive PIN email! Nobody knows when they will get one or what triggers them. Some say that it helps to order the vacation planning DVD. Others swear that if you register online at the Disney websites, you will get one...eventually.

The truth is, nobody knows how you get one. I've received PIN codes sent to my DD but at my email address. My DS17 once got a postcard PIN when he was only 9yo. I've gotten them when I had a vacation already planned and when I haven't visited in over a year.

There seem to be a lot more of them lately because they need to fill hotel rooms.

Yep..that would be a PIn email! My dd and dil both got a PIN code email recently...I got nada! Sometimes I wonder if it has anything to do with cancelling a trip. Both of them have made a previous reservation this year and ended up cancelling and booking to go with us in Dec. They both did get the DVD and signed up at the WDW website so that might be a shot in the dark as to WHY they got it...but I found it odd that both of them cancelled and both of them got the pin code albeit different ones for the same timeframe!

We have been to Disney several times, providing them with our e-mail in the reservation, I have signed up on the Disney web-site and ordered panning DVDs, etc... and have never got a pin! I need all the help I can get!
