Pin Collection Storage Ideas needed

Ok, I need some help. I was recently at the parks and got a lot of pins that I would not want to trade, i.e. those I want to keep. I have one of the 10th anniversary bags that I want to leave with "trading" pins so if I come back, I have it all set, but I want some way to showcase what I am keeping for me.

I was thinking of ordering the pin binder, but I am unable to order the pin pages. Is there a local style store that might sell them, like Jo Ann's or Michaels?

You can explore michaels or joannes for some products...No one sell's "pin" pages persay...but people will hole punch, I don't know what it is called, but like craft foam pages? That's what I've seen used...Hope it helps!

Craft stores have hard foam that you can use, it works better than the pages Disney sells IMHO. Also, to display pins, I buy painters canvases and put pins through.

we displays ours in frames, or on cork boards, we then just hang them on the wall.

my sister has this black box that has a thick foam backing. she has about 16 of them and they look really nice mounted on the wall.

I buy the sheets that Disney sells. And that is after trying various items to make my own pages. Craft foam --- rips and is floppy. (Although that has been some time ago. So maybe there is a different type now that is better.)
Probably the best non Disney product I found is pennant material. It's close. But not quite.
I would suggest calling Disney and buy packages of sheets direct. Or get a corkboard from Walmart. They are cheap there.
I also use baseball card sheets for my pins still on cards.
Even through the years the material and sheet types from Disney have changed. This last bunch I bought is much more sturdy than some from the past.
I don't even want to say how many binders I have with pins. If I knew then what I know now, I would be tempted to buy a rollaway plastic cart and get small containers or dividers inside. It's a lot of hours to keep the binders up.

I was told about and used a great idea. Buy 3" or 4"wide ribbon. Black is preferred, but not necessary. Use cup hooks and wooden dowels. Find an area of wall as wide or narrow and as long or short as you have. Place cup hooks near the ceiling as wide as you space will allow, (up to the length of the dowel. Use 3 hook for long dowels. Cut the ribbon about 3" longer that the length of the sapce you have available. Fold ove the 3" portion and using hot glue; glue the folded over portion to the back of the ribbon. Leave enough room to slide over the dowel. Attach pins to the ribbon an hang them all over your house. It is great because if you only have room for 2 lengths of ribbon, thats all you put. If you have a whole wall, then go for it. It is easy to change and easy to clean as well. I hope this helps.
