I have gone to Disney many times and I never get a pin code. Can someone please explain to me how you get them, how it works, or what you have to do to get one?

No one really knows how to get them. They are random as far as anyone can tell. The only thing required to be able to get one is to have an account with Disney. Some people think ordering maps, ordering the planning DVD, and saving trips on the booking site can increase your chances, but others do all of those things and still don't get them. As for how they work, they will include a 15 digit code that is tied to your name and street address. They are non-transferable, and you can book up to 3 rooms with a single PIN.

Yes. You can call anytime and ask if there are any PINs associated with your name and address. Good luck!

Pins certainly appear random to all of us because we don't know Disney marketing's criteria for sending them out. But they aren't truly random. They are a marketing tool to sell more rooms and if you meet the criteria you get one, and if not then you don't. There really is nothing you can do to improve your chances.
